Pitch Developments was formed in 1999 and is a property development company dedicated to creating bespoke projects that are predominantly located throughout the Home Counties.

The company's philosophy is to produce developments of outstanding innovation and quality, regardless of whether it is an apartment or an executive home. This trademark is achieved through meticulous attention to detail that commences at the design and planning stages of each new scheme.

We also fervently believe that it is imperative to acquire the very premium land opportunities enabling our developments to complement their prestigious environments. Consequently a number or our projects are located in sylvan settings or conservation areas.

We have also created a contracting division, Pitch Construction, which is dedicated to the refurbishment, alteration and extension of residential properties.
